When I picked up my first Tarot deck and a book on palm reading more than 20 years ago, I was dreaming that one day I would be a famous psychic on TV that communicated with the dead. Back then, I thought being a psychic required a special, divine “gift” that would have to be bestowed upon me in some ceremonious fashion. I’ve since learned that none of that is true. We are all born psychic, we’ve just been domesticated into belief systems that prohibit us from exploring our own selves. Fast forward to today, and while not aware at the time when I picked that deck, I also planted a seed of manifestation.
Tarot, oracle decks, numerology, the medicine wheel, human design and astrology are all part of a universal language. They connect us to the spiritual realm and allow us to communicate with our guides, angels, totems, and ancestors. As I’ve deepened my studies in these languages, my connection with the universe has expanded. This connection opens us to all spiritual energies, including those of nature, animals, and all the energies in the universal layers that surround us.
Most of us walk through life only barely aware of ourselves, so the idea of a universal connection challenges what we’ve been conditioned to believe for centuries. Human egos and minds have been programmed for generations to perceive only what’s directly in front of us. It takes a brave soul to explore the unknown and learn the universal languages that connect us with the spiritual realm. This human experience is just one part of a much longer soul journey. For me, learning these languages has offered deep insights into my own path as well as having the ability to help others by communicating clairvoyantly with their spirit and guides so they can connect with themselves.
I think of these universal languages like learning any other language on Earth—another way to communicate. Many people speak and understand multiple languages, like French, Spanish, or German. When we decide to learn a new language, whether for travel, work, or fun, we build a bridge that connects us to those who speak it. Learning Tarot and other oracles works the same way. Once we speak the language, we can connect with spirits, ancestors, angels, and the Divine.
Astrology, birth charts, and human design also reveal answers available to us in this lifetime. It’s just a matter of opening our hearts and minds to understanding the language. This is what people mean when they say, “all the answers we seek are within us.” Many of us long for mystical answers to understand life’s meaning, and all we need to do is learn the language or find someone who speaks it to help translate.
When we grasp these different languages and the power of communication, we’re able to connect with ourselves, our guides, and others. We are spirits first, human second. One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is that to connect with our guides, healing beings, and the spiritual realm, we must first connect with ourselves. Our disconnect from our own spirit creates disconnection in our human experience.
Every human has the ability to connect with their own spirit. Yet we’ve been conditioned from birth to believe otherwise—whether from childhood trauma, religious doctrine, or the mindset of “we’ve always done it this way.” This is how human existence has evolved. What if we dared to think differently? If we’re encouraged to think outside the box, why can’t we view the universe and our soul’s journey the same way?
My ability to communicate in this spiritual language allows me to support others on their journeys. Just as we consult physicians for physical health and psychiatrists for mental well-being, we can turn to psychics for spiritual guidance and soul-level insights.
Psychics and spiritualists are here for those seeking direction for their own soul path. Communicating with your spirit guides, ancestors, and angels offers another tool for us to navigate this lifetime. When we feel stuck, uncertain about our purpose, or unsure of our next steps, consulting a psychic is like exploring a new type of medicine to understand our soul’s journey. As I dive deeper into these mystical languages, I become a bridge for others seeking connection.
No matter where you are on your soul’s journey, I’m here to help you uncover the answers that already lie within. I heard Rain Wilson once say, “We are all spiritual beings having a human experience” and perhaps this reframe is one of the ways we begin to change our own human experience as creators versus passive followers.

Deck: The Faery Forest, An Oracle of the Wild Green World by Lucy Cavendish
Card: 2 -Duira - healer, nourishment, nurture
Duira dwells deep in the forest and is a healer, medicine woman and steward of nature and plants. She is careful when she forages the forest for healing herbs, plants, moss and mushrooms and handles each living thing with love and compassion as she crafts her tinctures. She knows the healing properties of nature and of all living things and must treat them with care. She creates medicine to care for those who are sick, salves for those who have wounds and teas and tinctures to help heal.
The message of this card calls for us to embark on the journey of healing ourselves which includes our own nourishment, movement and mindfulness and to start treating our bodies and minds with the care, love and compassion that Duira has for herself, nature and people. The time is now to stop making excuses and start thinking outside the box and heal ourselves inside and out.
222: balance, harmony, duality
With love, light and gratitude,
Jane
