I love giving psychic readings at fairs and events because they allow me to see the collective from a bird’s‑eye view. When I sit with many souls in a short span of time, patterns emerge—shared themes, emotional truths, and energetic through‑lines that speak not just to individuals, but to the collective as a whole.

This weekend was no different during the Full Snow Moon in Leo. The readings revealed clear energetic undertones that not only validated my own current soul‑growth experiences, but also mirrored what so many people who sat with me are moving through right now.

With each reading I receive validation, clarity, and deeper understanding. When those insights repeat across many sessions, they become spiritual data points—signals worth paying attention to.

The dominant themes this weekend were unmistakable: learning to put on our own oxygen masks, ending narcissistic relationship cycles, and having the audacity to stand firmly in our personal authority and truth.

Oxygen Masks

The message was clear: as a collective, we are learning about our nervous systems and how to properly care for ourselves after prolonged periods of burnout. Many of us are finally prioritizing self‑regulation—discovering what medicine works best for our own bodies and how to stay grounded amid chaos.

Sound and vibrational healing, slow walks in nature, meditation, and creative self‑enrichment are no longer luxuries—they are necessities. These practices are helping us restore balance, and we are feeling the shift not just emotionally, but physically and spiritually.

This phase is also teaching us how to care for ourselves while we grieve and awaken simultaneously. We are becoming aware of our patterns, releasing relationships that cannot evolve with us, and learning new, emotionally healthy ways of showing up—not only for ourselves, but for our children and communities as well.

This process is not easy, but it is essential. And here we are, learning and adapting in real time.

Cycles Ending

The catalyst for this deeper self‑care has been repeated emotional exhaustion. Many of us have hit the same walls again and again until we were finally forced to recognize where our personal boundaries truly are.

Patterns of emotional abuse—especially those we tried to bargain with or rationalize—became mirrors, teaching us what we can no longer tolerate. Through this awareness, boundaries have emerged not as punishments, but as acts of self‑respect.

We are now at a clear point of choice. There is a visible line separating cycle breakers from lessons that belong to someone else’s karma. Some are committing fully to growth; others are not. And that distinction matters.

Bold, courageous decisions are being made—decisions that are uncomfortable but necessary. We are choosing authenticity over image, truth over shame‑based roles, and self‑worth over familiar pain. Many of us have become experts at recognizing patterns, and we are no longer willing to settle for less.

My Friend, the Eagle

I always love when spirit animals appear in readings. They arrive as teachers, guides, and allies. During this full moon, the eagle was at the heart of many sessions.

I have been working closely with Eagle energy in my own journey, and its teachings were echoed throughout the weekend. The eagle speaks of audacity—of standing in personal authority with confidence, clarity, and inner strength.

Eagle medicine helps clear mental distortion, lifting us out of negative thought patterns and returning us to present‑moment awareness. It reminds us of who we are and what our truth is. This is power in its purest form.

When we consistently stand up for ourselves—when we leave situations that require us to uphold a false image rather than our truth—we are fully supported. Clarity arrives, and so does peace.

Other animal medicines that appeared frequently included wolf, crow, frog, and hawk—each reinforcing themes of instinct, transformation, perspective, and vision.

Personal Reflection

Every reading teaches me something, and this weekend was no exception. When I set intentions for events and sessions, I ask to learn—to gain clarity, receive new perspective, and deepen my alignment with my spiritual truth.

This weekend affirmed that I am actively breaking my own cycles around narcissistic emotional abuse. I was presented with the opportunity to hold a firm boundary during a reading where projection was present. Choosing to stop the session rather than accommodate harmful behavior showed me, very clearly, that I now have the audacity to stand in my authority and honor my truth.

That moment mattered.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who sat with me this weekend. Thank you for trusting me, for sharing your stories, and for allowing me to connect you with your spiritual truths, loved ones, and animal allies.

You are not alone. There is real power in community.

If these themes are echoing within you and you’re feeling called to explore them more deeply, I offer personal psychic readings and energy healings to support your individual journey. These sessions are a space to gain clarity, reconnect with your truth, and gently release what no longer serves your soul. You can book a session when the timing feels right for you.

As with all intuitive work, not every message will resonate with everyone. Take what aligns for you and gently leave the rest.
