I just spent three days in downtown Denver at the Body Mind Spirit Celebration, and I’m feeling full of energy insights I want to share with you all.

It was an incredible event, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to share my psychic tools in service to others—providing the communication from Spirit they were seeking, so they could begin to heal, gain understanding, and move forward with clarity and confidence, one step at a time.

Throughout the weekend, I connected with other psychic mediums to hear what they’re noticing in their own practices and personal life experiences, and I gave over 30 psychic readings and energy healings to individuals whose energy brought them to my table.

I want to break this reflection down into three parts: lightworkers, the collective awakening and healing, and what I personally learned about myself—because y’all, I’m learning as I go, just like you.

Lightworkers

There are so many of us lightworkers navigating massive growth periods right now. These experiences are deeply emotional, life-altering, and layered—each of us walking our unique soul’s healing journey. If this resonates with you, please know: you are not alone.

I saw so many people (myself included!) facing big shifts—where they live, how they work, how they budget—while the Universe continues to move things around behind the scenes. Remember: Spirit has a plan.

My animal totems will show me the Koala, and it reminds me to trust the process. The Koala sleeps 23 hours a day in a tree full of poisonous leaves, while the world burns below it—calm, cool and collected without a care in the world. When I see the Koala, I’m reminded that all is well. The Universe is aligning things in divine timing, even if we can't see it yet.

You are supported, and remember that everything is aligning to your highest path forward.

Collective Awakening & Healing

Most of the souls who sat with me this weekend were either just beginning to awaken or stepping into the next phase of their life purpose—climbing the spiritual staircase of ascension.

Some were taking their first steps. Others were deep in emotional healing—identifying their wounds, learning to let go, and collecting new tools for self-discovery and emotional processing.

I always tell my clients: this journey is not for the faint of heart. Yet here you are. Well done.

We are all learning how to feel again. How to listen again. How to trust. And Spirit wants you to know that you are already whole, worthy and loved exactly as you are.

When you see  444—it often shows up as validation from Spirit that you are supported and not alone.

What I Learned About Myself

The more I do this work, the more I grow too.

Each reading opens new pathways for my own healing. I had new experiences this weekend—connections with angels, spirits, and divine energies. One particularly powerful moment was communicating with Hecate. Her guidance for a client also helped me connect dots within my own path.

I met someone who shares the same ancestors as me, and their presence reminded both of us that we are never truly alone—our ancestors are walking beside us and we are all connected.

I also gained insight into why I’ve had experiences with various religious practices: to understand that, at the root, we are all the same.

I received powerful clarity around being the mother of a trans daughter—and how, before this lifetime, she and I chose this path together. She is teaching me what it means to live authentically, to reprogram the mind with compassion, and to use language rooted in curiosity and understanding.

Thank you, Anna, for showing me how to hold loving space for someone as they relearn and evolve. Your grace continues to be one of my greatest teachers.

This path isn’t linear. Healing happens in layers. Just when we think we’ve processed something, it returns as a trigger, a memory, or an emotional wave. But that doesn’t mean we’ve failed—it means the work is working. These moments are the way forward.

Acknowledge. Release. Let go. Repeat.

We are learning as we go. It’s about progress, not perfection. It’s about the journey—not the destination.

We got this.

With love, Jane
