My path to healing wasn't born from a textbook—it was born from lived experience.
After a lifetime of navigating complex trauma, abandonment, addiction, grief, and hitting bottom, I began a journey inward.
Through years of spiritual healing, intuitive development, and deep inner work, I discovered that healing is not about fixing ourselves. It is about remembering who we are beneath the wounds.
Today, I help others reconnect with their authentic selves through intuitive guidance, energy healing, spiritual mentorship, and the Inner Heart Healing Road Map—a framework I developed from my own healing journey.
My work bridges the spiritual and the practical. While I connect with spirit, guides, and intuitive insight, I also understand the realities of being human. Healing requires both spiritual connection and grounded action.
